The Warden Of The Hearth

The Kitchen and the Fall

I am a Chef at heart. I always have been, and I always will be.

For over a decade, I have been cooking and creating dishes relentlessly. It is my passion and my reason for being. But there are no brakes in the professional fine-dining industry. We push ourselves to the absolute maximum every single day. Our blood, sweat, tears, and our very souls go into everything we plate.

I worked to hone my craft until I worked myself to the bone. Blinded by the grind, I pushed my body past its limits, resulting in a severe, grievous injury to my left arm, neck, and shoulder. The physical toll removed me from my home away from home: the kitchen.

The Abyssal Hearth

But stepping off the line was not the end. My drive to learn, to cook, and to guide budding chefs hasn’t dwindled a single bit. It has simply evolved.

I am refocusing that fire away from the grueling, fast-paced restaurant industry and bringing my decade of professional knowledge directly to you. Welcome to the hearth. You are my new protégés.

Together, we are going to explore a culinary landscape inspired by the ancients of our world. The Greeks, Romans, Norse, and Egyptians left behind a wealth of wisdom. We will unearth their remarkable myths, discover how they ate to stay strong, and bring those ancient, almost medicinal properties into the modern landscape.

Reclaiming our Freedom

This is about culinary archaeology and better living.

We will craft delicious, anti-inflammatory meals designed to heal, created with ease and low effort. I will teach you the professional strategies I’ve learned on my hard-fought journey: how to organize your kitchen, how to prep ingredients to last for days, and how to cook in a low-impact manner that preserves your precious energy for your family, your friends, and your life outside the kitchen.

We are looking for freedom and sustainability. Food is our greatest bridge to history, and we can use it to reconnect with the ancient world in a way that heals us. Together, we will reclaim our freedom from chronic pain, forge incredibly flavorful meals, and find our way back to a healthy life, well-lived and shared with the people we love.
